  • We offer a 7 days return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued without receiving the returned item or valid proof of return delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.

  • Once approved, the full order amount will be refunded.

Cancellation by Khareed Ke Dekho

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible exchanged products will be delivered within 6-7 working days after approval.

5. Important Notes

  • Items returned in damaged or unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
